1. Who This Policy Applies To
This Privacy Policy applies to all clients and visitors who interact with Mate AI — including through our website, contact form, or the Mate agent service itself.
2. What We Collect
Contact information — your name, work email, and any details you provide via our contact form
Business information — your company name, industry, workflows, and context shared during onboarding
Agent data — all messages, tasks, integrations, outputs, and interactions processed by your Mate agent, stored on your dedicated private server
Third-party credentials — API keys and tokens you provide to connect external apps, stored securely on your private server only
3. What We Do NOT Collect
No cookies or tracking pixels
No third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, no Hotjar, nothing)
No payment card information — all payments handled by Paddle
No access to your agent data unless you explicitly request support and grant us access
4. How We Use Your Data
Your information is used solely to:
Build, deploy, and maintain your Mate agent
Communicate with you about your service
Respond to support requests
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering your service.
5. Where Your Data Lives
Your agent and all associated data are stored on a dedicated private virtual server hosted in the EU. Your server is physically and logically isolated from all other clients.
Contact form submissions go directly to mate@hadiluno.lol and are stored in that inbox only.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:
Paddle — processes payment information, subject to their own privacy policy
Third-party apps you connect — when you instruct Mate to connect an app (e.g. Gmail, HubSpot), data is shared with that service only as needed to perform the task. You control which apps are connected.
Legal requirements — if required by law or a valid legal order
7. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation or termination:
You may request a full export of your data within 14 days
After 14 days, your server and all associated data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted
8. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the following rights under GDPR:
Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
Erasure — request deletion of your data
Portability — request your data in a portable format
Objection — object to certain types of processing

9. Security
Each client's server is fully isolated. API keys and credentials are stored only on your private server. We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.
In the event of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you promptly.
10. Children's Privacy
Mate AI is intended for business use only. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Active clients will be notified of material changes via email.
